Privacy notice
What order data is saved, why it is used, retention, deletion requests and essential storage.
01 / Who is responsible
Stitch Boutique, LLC, company number 20131600840; 2035 Perry Street Denver CO 80212 United States; [email protected]; +1 720-601-4682.
02 / Data you provide
Checkout saves your name, email, phone, delivery street address, city, ZIP code, optional notes, selected SKU/size/color/quantity and catalogue amounts. A reference, creation timestamp and duplicate-prevention fingerprint are saved with the request. Do not include card numbers, account passwords, medical information or other sensitive details in notes.
03 / Purposes and sharing
We use your contact details, delivery address and chosen products to handle your order, confirm the details and support follow-up. Order records are protected from public access. Hosting infrastructure may process connection information and access logs. No optional analytics or advertising tools are active.
04 / Retention
The order-request retention period is 90 calendar days from submission. At the end of that period, requests are reviewed and deleted unless an accepted transaction, legal duty or active dispute requires a specific longer retention basis. Deletion is handled manually.
05 / Access, correction and deletion
Email [email protected] with the request reference to ask for access, correction or deletion. Avoid attaching unnecessary identity documents; proportionate verification may be requested. Deletion is subject to any applicable recordkeeping obligations for a later transaction. Your browser bag and draft can also be removed by clearing this site’s local storage. Cookie settings can be reopened from the footer.
06 / Security and complaints
Order requests are kept in protected server storage, not a public order list. Browser local storage retains your bag, draft, request key and consent choice on that device. The session cookie supports request validation and reference status. For an unresolved consumer complaint, contact the Colorado Attorney General, Consumer Protection Section, through its official complaint portal: coag.gov/file-complaint/. Filing a complaint does not replace any legal remedy available to you.
